We want you to love your NAKEDCASHMERE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Place your items back in their original NAKEDCASHMERE box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective bags are included.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
